Greetings Family,  

Let me explicitly state that I am not, nor have I ever been, a member of any fraternal or sororal order, sorority, or secret society.  I have not signed nor will I ever sign any contract to ever join or participate in any of their activities.  If my name is listed on any roll of this nature, it is a forgery.  For those who are in orders, fraternities, sororities & organizations, please don’t take offense; I prefer to think for myself.  I honestly do not like organizations and I never have.  The use of fear, cherished by these entities, to control and manipulate a people, is what my ancestors had to endure under slavery. Orders and Societies have replaced the whip, especially when they determine that a person refuses to acknowledge or will not swear blind allegiance to them.  Remember what it took to get man or woman to bow to slavery?  I can not be convinced that there is any difference.  I have the intelligence to love from my heart and the courage not to join even under duress
